Pat has 31 years in the plastic business. After graduation in 1983 from Ohio State University he went to work in Florida for AVI and Ashland Chemical. In 1988, Pat returned to Marietta, Ohio and became co-founder of American Resin Corporation. He purchased the company in 1994 and changed the name to ARC Resin Corp.

Pat lives in Ormond Beach, Florida near two of his three children, Tiffany and Matthew, their spouses, and his grandchildren Isabelle, Liam, TJ, and Theo. His son, Noah and his wife, live in Cincinnati with their child, Cooper. In his free time, Pat enjoys ballroom dancing, playing pickleball, and cooking
