Pat has 31 years in the plastic business. After graduation in 1983 from Ohio State University he went to work in Florida for AVI and Ashland Chemical. In 1988, Pat returned to Marietta, Ohio and became co-founder of American Resin Corporation. He purchased the company in 1994 and changed the name to ARC Resin Corp.
Pat lives in Ormond Beach, Florida near two of his three children, Tiffany and Matthew, their spouses, and his grandchildren Isabelle, Liam, TJ, and Theo. His son, Noah and his wife, live in Cincinnati with their child, Cooper. In his free time, Pat enjoys ballroom dancing, playing pickleball, and cooking.

Mike began his employment with ARC Resin in March of 1997. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, he worked for State Farm insurance for one year before joining the dedicated team at ARC Resin. His duties include sales manager, as well as supervising purchasing and maintaining close relationships with ARC’s suppliers.
Mike and his wife Tracy, reside in Naples Florida. They have a son Devin and daughter Kaylin. Mike enjoys playing golf in his free time and watching college football and basketball.

Mark joined ARC Resin in May of 1998. Mark began his endeavor with ARC during his stay at Eastern Kentucky University, where he was pursuing his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration. During his two-year internship, Mark developed a very close relationship with his customers in Kentucky. After graduation, he grew his territory into Indiana and Ohio. Today his territory also includes some Midwestern and Western States.
Mark is originally from Marietta, Ohio. He enjoys golfing, fishing and Kentucky Wildcats Basketball. Mark, his wife, Jennifer, his son, Raymond and his daughters, Emily and Kirsten reside in Lexington, Kentucky.

Mike joined the ARC Resin sales team in January 1996 after graduating from The Ohio State University.

Mike joined ARC in September of 2021 after working for the City of Daytona Beach Police Department for 8 years. He graduated from Daytona State University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Supervision and Management.
He currently resides in Ormond Beach, FL with his wife Danielle and their 2 sons. He enjoys fishing, working out, and spending time with his family.

Amber graduated with a degree in sports nutrition. Before joining ARC, she worked for Brown & Brown, handling SSDI/SSI claims. Amber works alongside Matthew supporting the southeast territory. She lives in Port Orange, FL, with her husband, Michael, and their three children: Brianna, Kaylee, and Mason. In her spare time, Amber enjoys running 5Ks with her daughter Kaylee, watching her oldest daughter Brianna in theater, and attending her son Mason’s T-ball games. Most importantly, she cherishes family time.

Michelle Brooker joined our dedicated team in August of 2021. Michelle brings with her over 25 years of experience in accounting and taxes. Her professional career has had her responsible for many facets of office manager as well as the accounting and reporting functions. Michelle resides in Beverly, Ohio with her husband. She has two adult boys that live in the Mid-Ohio Valley area. Michelle enjoys family time and being outside helping her husband with his small farm.

Logan Stanley became a part of the ARC Resin Team in February of 2007. Logan comes to ARC with extensive customer service experience. She prides herself in making the customer #1, going above and beyond, to make certain that our customers are taken care of. In July of 2024 Logan changed positions from customer service to the purchasing team. Logan is a very valuable member of ARC.
Logan and her children live in Summerville, SC with her daughter Trista who attends Lander University and son Levi. Logan loves to spend time with her kids and watching them play sports.

Patti Schwendeman joined our dedicated team in October of 1992. She brings years of experience in accounting and customer service. During this time, Patti has worked in accounting, credit department, customer service and logistics. Currently she works in the Credit department and Customer service. She takes pride in her work and is a loyal employee.
Patti resides in Lowell, Ohio with her husband Kim and two sons Keith & Kyle. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in making great memories. In her spare time, she likes to run and exercise with friends.

Carrie Antill became a part of the ARC Resin Team in July 2024. Carrie comes to ARC with 20+ years of customer service experience. She is dedicated to making sure that the customer has the best customer service experience possible.
Carrie has two sons Dawson and Wyatt and loves spending time with them. She resides in Marietta, OH with her youngest son Wyatt. In her downtime she enjoys time on the river, walking, reading and being with friends and family.

Jenny Yoho rejoined the ARC Resin Team as a Marketing Associate in May of 2017. Jenny is no stranger to the plastics industry, having spent over 11 years in Logistics at ARC Resin in the past. She takes pride in representing ARC and acting as a spokesperson for the team. Jenny brings with her over 15 years of business experience and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Washington State Community College. Jenny has proven to be a great asset to the ARC Team.
In her spare time, Jenny loves attending her children’s sporting events and spending quality time with her family. She resides in Lowell Ohio with her three son’s Gavin, Britt, and Blayn and her daughter Sadie.
