Mike began his employment with ARC Resin in March of 1997. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, he worked for State Farm insurance for one year before joining the ARC Resin team.

His duties include sales manager, as well as supervising purchasing and maintaining close relationships with ARC's suppliers.

Mike and his wife Tracy, reside in Lexington, KY with their son Devin and daughter Kaylin. Mike enjoys playing golf in his free time and watching college football and basketball.
